1. Re-reply: yes, its personal taste, that the app breaks in this situation is generally bad.This app was working well until this latest (major) update! Now, I am logged out constantly and the app is not using fingerprint ID anymore! I also need to log in through a browser everytime I start the app! Please, fix this ASAP! (using Pixel 6 with Android 13) Update: The last app update from 30.06.2023 seems to have solved the constant logout problem, but still no fingerprint ID.
2. The older version of the app worked much better.Used to be not too bad ... after latest update just horrible ... Sooo much slower than before, login doesn't work half of the time (for example right now), ...Forces you to lay bare your full identity and let the Post "manage" it for you, e.g. towards "third parties", when all you wanted was to buy a simple stamp.
3. Only after login was still not working did I check the app store for updates.The app shows a blank screen since the new version was released.
4. Going back to overview, everything remains blank.Die App bietet nützliche Funktionen an, aber NUR wenn die Animationen auf dem Android gerät EINgeschaltet sind.
5. When you do an update please however make your info message clear that an update is needed to continue using all functions of the app.
6. I use Edge or Chrome browsers, and no battery saving function.The tracking of parcels is great in the app, especially with Swiss ID login as new parcels are automatically added.
7. In the previous app version, it only mentioned the new app version (big info box) making it seem you already have the new app.
8. The latest update had broken everything, but seemingly all is fixed now.

10. I managed to connect to the application, but the home screen is... Weird? Just the menus appear, but no info about my own stuff appears there as it should.
11. With that setup, it is not possible to select a payment method when buying a stamp, or to change the language.
Dear Sirs! I sent a parcel, which arrived at the destination 1700 17.04. We figured out that the address was wrong, but zip was the same. Only after 2 days it was sent back as the storage period is expired. Is it normal to keep the parcel for 2 days? The recipient came to the post office 22.04 and they told that it’s too late and the parcel had been sent back already and they cannot do anything. New track is 996015379800056174. I do believe that this is something not customer oriented at all! I recon that the storage terms must be more than it appeared to be. What is the standard time?
