Why should I report an Issue with Accurate Weather - Live Weather Forecast?

1. After using it for a few days, some of the other readings don't seem accurate.No landscape mode? From the little bit I've used this, since my prior app went overly commercial and began showing junk I didn't want, it seems very good.

2. I hope that will be changed soon.Awesome and easy-to-use weather application! It plainly shows the sunrise and sunset times and current and comprehensive weather conditions and forecasts for multiple locations as well as my current location.

3. This one seems decent so far, I really like the radar display HOWEVER, it doesn't seem accurate or it doesn't update often enough, because there has been zero change in my area for the entire day, it shows us covered in rain, yet it didn't rain until very late in the afternoon.

4. Other than that it's perfect! A+ , Good job.Just stumbled onto this app, been trying out several different ones since Weather Underground completely ruined theirs.

5. Is it possible to "link" the two features so to speak, where the status bar temperature is updated along with the widget? Or include a refresh button?I've only had the app for 15 minutes but it's very easy to use and I really like it.

6. Still messing with it however, very new download.This weather app is almost identical to another one I had by Bacha Soft, minus the radar when you scroll to the bottom.

7. I also like the horrendous amount of information it gives you compared to any other weather app that I've ever had.

8. It must be showing weather for a different state all together because nowhere in Michigan right now is it in the mid 80's and full sun.

9. It also would be nice to have weather alerts when there are tornadoes, hurricanes, flash floods, etc.

10. It allows the user to quickly look at their phone for a weather update without opening the app.

1. Fix Accurate Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Accurate Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Accurate Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Accurate Weather" » Open Accurate Weather - Live Weather Forecast » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Accurate Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Accurate Weather - Live Weather Forecast app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Accurate Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Accurate Weather - Live Weather Forecast" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Accurate Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Accurate Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Accurate Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Accurate Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Accurate Weather not working

2. Fix Accurate Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Accurate Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Accurate Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Accurate Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
