1. Update 3/10/2023: gets the 5 stars... you can set a default location, add additional locations, and they added a menu item to open the NOAA site web page which can get you additional maps, charts, and other info.I depend on it.
2. I have to use other weather apps because this app is no longer as reliable as it once was.Would give it a 5 if I could get it to use a saved location as default (like earlier versions).
3. This site also has an excent page to follow hurricanes and other storms.Really good except for once and a while it goes off line for some reason when you really need to see what the live conditions is going on and my local place where it is located, there's someone there that could always be there to help with turning it back on .
4. I'm a severe weather spotter and a Cooperative Weather Observer for NOAA for 26+ years and this lets me know when I need to be more observant.
5. Doesn't update weather info when set on hourly or every 2 hours or any of the choices.
6. Besides that perfect when you need to know what the exact data of what is going on with the real time weather.
7. My location on the radar view should be on the east edge so that I can quickly see W.Unreliable & needs work as this is an ongoing problem for years now.
8. You have to physically open the app/widget and try to update the weather info.
9. During recent storms, this app couldn't handle the user bandwidth and would not load weather maps.
10. Lately (at least the past three months) at least half the time you get on the app it tells you the weather isn't available.
11. The radar function is especially helpful for tracking incoming weather so I can decide how to run my day and my stable.
