1. I ran the speed test before/during/after, and it said I had a 2.3Mbps speed... Inacurate much?! Uninstalling.Brilliant app and does exactly what it says and all without ads - thank you Netflix! People who are moaning about different speed reasults via different speed measuring sites need to acknowledge that they all use various servers at various distances.

2. Would be 6 stars with this small improvement.seems lightweight and quick to assess download speeds... but... light grey type on white background? sometimes it shows a 'more info' option with upload speed and latency, but not always, and no clear way to access this.

1. Fix FAST Speed Test Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FAST Speed Test: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FAST Speed Test App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FAST Speed Test" » Open FAST Speed Test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FAST Speed Test » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FAST Speed Test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FAST Speed Test servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FAST Speed Test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FAST Speed Test app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FAST Speed Test might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FAST Speed Test. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FAST Speed Test then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FAST Speed Test not working

2. Fix FAST Speed Test Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FAST Speed Test be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FAST Speed Test not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FAST Speed Test may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
