ReadyRefresh Customer Insights

1. It's great for spending money & recurring delivery.Incompetent delivery service! My highly anticipated delivery gets canceled without any notification at all, despite being signed up for notifications on my account in the app, now two months in a row.

2. After years of being a happy customer, (able to make changes in my delivery orders up until the day before) I can't make changes, I can't reach anyone by phone (due to high call volume, hmm).

3. As a long time customer, this delivery service has badly deteriorated.

4. I like the convenience of the delivery service, however, the company & app has become less & less user friendly when it comes to resolving issues.

5. I cant see my recurring products at all (always get an error message) this is arguably the most important feature as I need to be able to see and make changes to my monthly water delivery as needed.

6. Over the past two weeks they have rescheduled my delivery four times and I don't expect them to actually show up this next time they'll probably just reschedule yet again.

7. This was my first time back & the experience has not improved at allOverpriced, rate goes up quarterly, terrible customer service.

8. When you think you have they send you an email saying a delivery is on the way and then you can even check your account because they change the app and won't let you log in because "the app doesn't support the account type".

9. I would get my delivery monthly on time and if they had to reschedule I was notified and rescheduled within a week.

10. I considered paying a one year service subscription but not if service is like this.app is much more user friendly for members BUT.....I still think they are overpriced and there's very limited choices of drinks and supplies.

11. Somehow I manage to add the items to my cart & it gives estimated shipping costs to be applied at check out but there is no option to actually check out!! Impossible to place an order, used to order from them all the time but the technology was so frustrating & I stopped for a long time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ReadyRefresh Issues

1. Fix ReadyRefresh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ReadyRefresh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ReadyRefresh App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReadyRefresh" » Open ReadyRefresh® » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReadyRefresh » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ReadyRefresh® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReadyRefresh servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReadyRefresh®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ReadyRefresh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReadyRefresh might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ReadyRefresh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReadyRefresh then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReadyRefresh not working


2. Fix ReadyRefresh Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReadyRefresh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReadyRefresh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReadyRefresh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
