1. When you go into LIVE CHANNELS, and pick a channel, the highlighter does not go to the channel you selected, so when you press enter to enable full screen, nothing happens.
2. Excellent! The ability to lock groups you don't want in parental content section is good, just don't forget to turn enable it....it turns red at top of screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix XCIPTV PLAYER Issues
1. Fix XCIPTV PLAYER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart XCIPTV PLAYER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the XCIPTV PLAYER App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XCIPTV PLAYER" » Open XCIPTV PLAYER » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XCIPTV PLAYER » click "UPDATE".
- Clear XCIPTV PLAYER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XCIPTV PLAYER servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XCIPTV PLAYER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check XCIPTV PLAYER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XCIPTV PLAYER might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall XCIPTV PLAYER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XCIPTV PLAYER then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XCIPTV PLAYER not working
2. Fix XCIPTV PLAYER Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XCIPTV PLAYER be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XCIPTV PLAYER not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XCIPTV PLAYER may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hard to explain. I am a channel surfer and I use a firestick to download the app. So when I select guide I like to see what else is on but then get out of guide when I don't see anything. It doesn't seem like I can for example be on CBS select guide the search the guide the only way I can go back to CBS is to go back and find the CBS channel I was on and select. It. I was wondering if I there was anyway to be on a channel select guide and if I don't find anything hit a button and stay on the channel I'm on?
