1. For over a month now i have fill in all the requirement to get verified,even after telling me that the verification are complete,am still unable to perform any transaction on the app,and i have sent money into the app,can't use it or sent it out,this app really has issues,And i have try to reach out to their customer service ,Whatsapp,website,email no response at all 😔I like the app but I'm encountering issues recently.

2. Too bad! It seems as if the app is under the control of scammers! Pls fix this problem of delay Account upgrade before we abandoned your app!!Very bad experience so far, this app deducted my money more than three times with no proof of transaction to show that they deducted my money and just like that they didnt refund that money.

3. I'm so disappointed that a bank like paga has such a poor customer support.My account upgrade to level 3 still in view for the past 7 days now.

4. Today again i sent in #7000 from kuda this useless app confirmed that the deposit was sent and they didnt credit the money claiming to be waiting for my bank confirmation whereas my bank said the completed the transfer and sent my bank statement.

5. Customer service is the WORST I have come across."I recently funded my page account for verification purposes, but when I tried to use the app, I was unable to do so.

6. I feel frustrated and disappointed, as I trusted this app to be a legitimate wayOpening Paga account is useless.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Paga Issues

1. Fix Paga Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Paga: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Paga App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paga" » Open Paga - Send, Pay, and Bank » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paga » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Paga - Send, Pay, and Bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paga servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paga - Send, Pay, and Bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Paga app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paga might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Paga. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paga then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paga not working


2. Fix Paga Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paga be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paga not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paga may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
