Bievo Customer Insights

1. App just stays stuck at the splash screen and does not proceed from there..also starts lagging the whole phone in general while stuck at that screen.App won't even open just shows a black screen and a logo.

2. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling ad well as clearing cache and I cannot get it to work.I payed for this calendar and when I open the app it says, upgrade.

3. Unable to sync with online calendar.Was looking for something I can easily connect my family with and sync my Google calendar but Google calendar on my Android won't allow to sync.Get app.

4. I want a refund! Was charged $12 and shows that I need to upgrade :(Downloaded the app and it wouldn't even openStuck at splash screenLiterally won't openHaving a few issues.

5. Also when I am signed in on the web and add a recurring event it only shows on the 1st date.Stopped working after 2 days.

6. I have it sync with my Thunderbird, Lightning Calender 2-way sync.

7. Does not work with S22+.

8. First, when I add items to my- to- dos list they do not show up on my mobile app.

9. They only appear when I sign in on the web.

10. I would definitely recommend it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bievo Issues

1. Fix Bievo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Bievo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Bievo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bievo" » Open Bievo: Planner for your family. » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bievo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Bievo: Planner for your family. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bievo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bievo: Planner for your family." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bievo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bievo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bievo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bievo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bievo not working


2. Fix Bievo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bievo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bievo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bievo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
