Recharge on the go, pay bills, order a new SIM, listen to trending songs, set callertunes, watch the latest movies & live TV shows, play games, and prepare or apply for Jobs. • v. • Games Across Categories such as eSports, Board Games, Cricket, etc. • Pay Utility Bills like Electricity, Water, DTH, Landline, etc.

Vi Customer Insights

1. Only thing good is the night unlimited internet, otherwise VI is the worst service provider, keeps fluctuating between E and 4G within seconds, you cannot use GoogleMeet or other meeting platforms and cannot play online games as the network keep changing from 4G to E after every 10-15 seconds, everytime server disconnects.I have been using this APP for almost last 2 year, but since last six month when I am using any other APP or website there is no internet problem and everything works properly.

2. It is also not updated with latest caller tunes i had taken a paid subscription and the music choice is very pathetic, while other services providers do it for free and with a better music collectionThis app is not even worth one star.This app is very bad; it takes a lot of time to open and even after refreshing, it doesn't refresh quickly.

3. And the best part i pay my phone bills on time ever month and this is the kind of service i get , wouldn't recommend this app to anyone or even a Vi sim connectionI didn't expect this from vi, after repeated complaints filed in vi app there is no improvement in network speed.

4. I am being unnecessarily charged for services I didn't even sign up for.The shittiest sim connection when ever i have an issue it asked me to file a complaint and they say they have fixed the issue but nothing as been done so far the network connectivity just seems to be getting worse day by day.

5. But when i open vi app it doesn't open and no data refresh Also there are lots of errors and bugsIt is one of the worst slow app in 2023 I have ever seen.

6. It should be a helpful app only for vodafone user, but the app takes lots of time to open and loading datas.

7. The app's boot time is frustratingly slow, and it takes ages for it to load.

8. I mean there is no stability of the network,it just switches from 4g to 'e' all the time.

9. Developer please change the app into lighter version that the app is fast loading and user friendly also.This app teally sucks.

10. Overall, the app needs significant improvements.The app is functional,but its really heavy to it doesn't load properly and sometimes don't work properly, to much unwanted content and pop ups.

11. Also, everytime when the carry over data is available, you have to resumed from the application itself to continued the data when limits got over.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vi Issues

1. Fix Vi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vi" » Open Vi: Recharge, Music, Games, TV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vi: Recharge, Music, Games, TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vi: Recharge, Music, Games, TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vi not working


2. Fix Vi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
