Mr. Number Customer Insights

1. No Thanks! There are other apps out there for free or even one time charge, not paying a subscription for an app that consistently stops working.I used this for years.

2. Then, today I get a notification that the app is now a premium pay service! There have not been enough significant improvements to warrant an app that was previously free to start charging as a subscription service.

3. Now today I wake up and find a notification from the app saying it has become a premium app that requires a paid subscription to function.

4. I noticed that I suddenly started receiving spam calls, so I opened the app to make sure it was updated and that my settings were correct.

5. I have uninstalled this app.I've had this app for 6 years or so (I believe it has been that long but honestly can't be 100% sure) and the app started out good, but over the years, has just gotten progressively worse.

6. I found that they suddenly are making you pay a subscription fee to block calls.

7. This last time I went in to see if I needed to update it again and suddenly they want to charge a subscription.

8. This is pretty annoying as it plays the same sound as text; which means you still check your phone @ 1am if thats when the blocked calls occur.

9. The Hiya app is still free, but it has the same subscription fee for the blocking feature.

10. Now you want a subscription fee? For what? I paid it for a month and cancelled because it's worthless.

11. Most recently, I've started receiving a ton of robo calls and spam calls.

  • Hello,
My number 917 607 3031 is being used here to spread malicious misinformation by a group or people - or a single person operating under different accounts. I am not "a cop" and I do not participate in the activities discussed in the "reviews" associated with my phone number. If you read through the reviews carefully you can see that it is something orchestrated because it is not based on anything factual (I'm a "cop" in some cases, a "customer" in others) and much of the language is very hateful like "scumbag" and so on. This misinformation could be something done by my ex-girlfriend or someone who wants to harm me. I could change my phone number, but I have had this number since 1999, so I am hoping you can help me and remove my number from you site. The reviews are not informative or helpful in any way. They are only there to spread misinformation and nothing more, as I am not affiliated with law enforcement, and I do not match the description in any of the reviews.
I hope you can help me resolve this.
    Thanks,
    Tommy

  • Since I got an iPhone upgrade from the 8 to the 13, my phone won't allow Mr Number-1 or Mr Number -3 to turn on for call blocking. Only Mr Number-2 control is capable of turning on. This is a paid subscription. I have relied on Mr Number since about 2017. I am now recieving mountains of spam calls a day. I do not want to lose my blocked list. If I have to delete the app, I'm not going to purchase it again. I will use the free Hiya version. ~Jane 916-759-0597
