1. The instructions sent in the mail tells you that for transfers, before auto pay can kick in you must make a one time payment.
2. From the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one having problems, PLEASE FIX !!! Thank you...When making a payment they give you options to pay full payment, partial payment, principal payment or escrow payment.
3. When I choose the partial payment it should automatically be put into a suspense account until full payment is made but it doesn't.
4. I also have to wait 24 hrs after placing the first payment to even make the additional payment.I can't capture my insurance check photos for mobile deposit.
5. Trying to log in right now and it doesn't recognize the username I've been using for years so now I can't reset my password.
6. IT ISN'T! The worst part is that when I click "forgot password", it only sends the email to reset the password when it feels like it, or the link will be "expired" even though it just got sent.
