1. The instructions sent in the mail tells you that for transfers, before auto pay can kick in you must make a one time payment.

2. From the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one having problems, PLEASE FIX !!! Thank you...When making a payment they give you options to pay full payment, partial payment, principal payment or escrow payment.

3. When I choose the partial payment it should automatically be put into a suspense account until full payment is made but it doesn't.

4. I also have to wait 24 hrs after placing the first payment to even make the additional payment.I can't capture my insurance check photos for mobile deposit.

5. Trying to log in right now and it doesn't recognize the username I've been using for years so now I can't reset my password.

6. IT ISN'T! The worst part is that when I click "forgot password", it only sends the email to reset the password when it feels like it, or the link will be "expired" even though it just got sent.

1. Fix Mr. Cooper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mr. Cooper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mr. Cooper App. Here is how:

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mr. Cooper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mr. Cooper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mr. Cooper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mr. Cooper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mr. Cooper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mr. Cooper not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mr. Cooper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mr. Cooper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mr. Cooper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
