1. He told me that they have taken £20 in fees as I apparently "took out a premium subscription in 2019" I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THEIR PREMIUM SERVICE.monese at first was very disappointing and let me down on many occasions even fraud took place on my account which resulted in me losing over £2000 money which I never got back as of yet... but of the years I have indeed noticed that monese have been able to get better in all aspects.

2. Transferred in £259 by mistake (clicked wrong account when transferring money from my main bank account) and then when I looked they'd taken £20 of my money.
