I have already purchased it, I don't know if this can be refunded, but charging for the app and then charging yearly just for sync is just plain wrong.Thank you for fixing the issue where the app would not open, but now the app wont let me attach photos or receipts! Please fix this! I would give this app 5 stars but with issues like this the app is just useless! Update: customer service was great! All issues were resolved with an update! Thank you iXpenselt! I love this app!Over many updates which disappoint me, the 14 Feb 2023 updates finally fix the appalling performance speed in this apps running on my Android 13 SONY Xperia 1 IV device.Everytime I try to log in, it tells me I have an invalid username/password error.I started using this app on my iPhone in 2012, and it was fantastic then, but the current version on Google Play is so frustrating to use.

2. I'm missing information and the when you try to correct it the sync option links the to al then your original account from Apple gets messed up.Had been working really well since my iOS time.

1. Fix iXpenseIt Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iXpenseIt Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iXpenseIt Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iXpenseIt Pro" » Open iXpenseIt Pro: expense, cashfl » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iXpenseIt Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iXpenseIt Pro: expense, cashfl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iXpenseIt Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iXpenseIt Pro: expense, cashfl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iXpenseIt Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iXpenseIt Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iXpenseIt Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iXpenseIt Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iXpenseIt Pro not working

2. Fix iXpenseIt Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iXpenseIt Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iXpenseIt Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iXpenseIt Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
