7. I generally find microsoft products much less intuitive than google and microsoft security measures are very frustrating to the point I have given most microsoft products.

8. Giving my kids an extra 15 or 30 minutes seems to just unlock it for an indefinite amount of time.

9. When I don't get an error message it also doesn't seem to work properly.

10. Was told to update, still nothing works after update.Recently started to fail with "it's not you, it's us" constantly thus rendering the app unusable.

1. Fix Microsoft Family Safety Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Microsoft Family Safety: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Microsoft Family Safety App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Microsoft Family Safety" » Open Microsoft Family Safety » click "Update".
