1. Notifications will come in saying my child is requesting more screen time, but when I click on it and the app opens there's either nothing there, or it says "something went wrong on our end".
2. Thks.For your child's safety, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! This is the WORST and most frustrating app I've ever used! When you attempt to do something simple, like change your child's schedule, it consistently give you a message to the effect of "Oops, it's not you, it's our fault.
3. They try to sell me premium (even if you close the popup, it comes right back), but why would anyone buy it when the free version doesn't function consistently.Constantly has issues connecting to it to change settings, but this also applies to the website as well.
4. Maybe prefetch the screen time data immediately when the app is run? Update 1: The app no longer works at all.
5. It's taking 20 to 30 seconds to load screen time options on each child.
6. For family and screen time changes you see it far more than the content on any wireless or cellular connection.
7. I generally find microsoft products much less intuitive than google and microsoft security measures are very frustrating to the point I have given most microsoft products.
8. Giving my kids an extra 15 or 30 minutes seems to just unlock it for an indefinite amount of time.
9. When I don't get an error message it also doesn't seem to work properly.
10. Was told to update, still nothing works after update.Recently started to fail with "it's not you, it's us" constantly thus rendering the app unusable.
11. It took 2 days to get all my children's devices connected, after struggling with settings and security issues.
