1. Very frustrating 😕app kept asking me to authentication, so login using my password instead of my finger print, was told to uninstall and reinstall, worst decision ever cause now i cant reinstall it, over all this app is buggy and brokenWill this app be fixed or upgraded?? same problem whith the log in, fingerprint works for a short time, so is the passcode, still ask me to log in using password, what's the point then?i have to use my 😖 online account instead, which i added at my homescreen and it log me in fast.This app is broken.

The worst part I dont get the option th freeze my card incase of an emergency.plus every time I have to check my account I have to reinstall because home page won't load.(2weeks later) please fix this APP always crashing having to reinstallI've had this app for over a year, and i haven't successfully log into the app more than once.

3. they seem ancient and not in a good wise way but in OLD SLOW LACKADAISICAL way.The sign in process gives me an error every time I try to log in and hasn't been fixed in months.

4. Very annoying not able to make deposits because after freezing it goes blank and drops.I hate this app as much as I hate the bank itself.something is always wrong either the atm takes my card and shut-off or the app doesn't even let me log in.

5. It apparently doesn't even recognize my phone number and says that I need to enter the code they send me in a text everytime now...fix the app , its annoying.
