  • Hello, this morning I attempted to withdraw the money Cleo had taken out of my account. The app on my phone continuously crashed and won't allow me to navigate or even open it. I tried to complete this withdrawal via my desktop, but I had to unlink my bank account as it was telling me there was an error and I needed to re-confirm. Now it won't let me link my account at all, it keeps telling me the account is already linked but I cannot access it. I've tried three times.

  • Repayment was taken from account ending in 1841 which was supposed to be unlinked along with the debit card. It was SUPPOSED to come from account ending in 0741. I need that money replaced in 1841 ASAP for my gas bill. It's WINTER! I've repeatedly emailed and can find zero working phone numbers for you. If this money isn't replace in the correct account I will be cancelling and leaving negative reviews everywhere I possibly can
