UP! Customer Insights

1. I havent noticed it take much data yet, but I do like the app monitoring features showing how long you've been online, at your place of recreation, and so forth, at least on a basic level as it would be too time consuming to type in destinations I've gone with family and friends or places I dont frequent often.

2. The only reasons it didn't get a 5-Star is a couple features that I think could be added that would be beneficial (maybe with the paid version?), such as tracking menstrual cycles, editing the names if the 5 emotions, and being able to add "warning signs".It's ok at helping track mood.

3. My highlights are that the entries are pretty simple, you can choose once or twice a day and set the time, add mood "warnings" of mania or depression in addition to what they've listed and they [Up!] notice a consistency of your baseline [if you have one] and alert you if you're headed in a wrong direction.

4. Also i have no idea how the sleep, work, and activity trackers decide how much time you soent on each activity, but they are far from accurate.

5. Also love that it tracks my activity time! Having warnings pop up for unusually high or low moods is really helpful, because it's not always something I'm self aware about.

6. Up's sleep timer only allows one time submission per day, so if you're up multiple times in one night, tracking your sleep gets very frustrating.

7. I only wished that there were more variations in emotions (for example : anger or irritation) instead of just being happy to being depressed.I've been using it for a few months now.

8. This is only the basic part of the app, which is pretty impressive to me!A phenomenal application! I personally enjoy the fact of being able to view my overall progress, when it comes to my moods, graphed.

9. HOWEVER - if by "highly automated" recording of sleep, work and activity they mean 99% WRONG recording of sleep, work and activity, then yeah, that's accurate.

10. I think with other apps, instead of up's yes or no response for medications, would be more helpful to add what medications you're taking or have taken at the time of the submission.

11. Another feature that would be super helpful is the addition of a sleep add button.
