1. this is very bad..Very bad data used.. 5 minute used this app 2gb loss my data.. and very expense coins here.. not better than meme live.. I'm surrender this appYou can't live stream yourself do you verify the if you live in United States finally clicked that one after 30 seconds do we have them send you a text for the code verification and they never send it to you 30 seconds * 7 resend never got the text even when I pick the wrong country and State first timeApp is ok, but few months going update, how many times need to updateI really loved it here... I put my hand up to guest with someone and it'll take me offBad Customer Service I created an account, and tried to verified it via my phone, I didn't get the verification code from message, then I tried to verify it again, and then the system showed the number was used! I have been using this number for years! Emailed customer service team to fix it, they replied they would answer me after a couple days later, but I have never reveived their reply, even I emailed them again and again.

3. Tried to stream but it says to verify my phone number but when I do it tells me I've already registered.

4. More gifters to come and watch my stream🥰I have an issue with this app because whenever I visit a streamer I cannot see the comments a few seconds then I exit it.

5. Also, the streamer can't read what I type sometimes because the sentence doesn't come up for them.

6. I thought it was a bug and needes to update but then, I tried to Uninstall it and re-install it again.

7. That's why you guys are losing people and little thing making a big deal out of it.

8. I have to restart my phone for the face filters to even catch.

9. Phone number already registered.

10. Lastly, and this is a new one, the app has been kicking me off of co-hosting with people.

11. Like I type a full sentence and it doesn't go through.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 17LIVE Issues

1. Fix 17LIVE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 17LIVE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 17LIVE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "17LIVE" » Open 17LIVE - Live streaming » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 17LIVE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 17LIVE - Live streaming app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 17LIVE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "17LIVE - Live streaming" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 17LIVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 17LIVE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 17LIVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 17LIVE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 17LIVE not working


2. Fix 17LIVE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 17LIVE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 17LIVE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 17LIVE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
