Why should I report an Issue with WhatsDeleted: Anti-Delete Msg?

1. Pathetic app... Uninstalled 5 minutes after installation.Listen this app I'm sure is very good, but I'm experiencing the same problems as some other people, every time I put in the URL for a YouTube video it says that I can't download private media even though the video isn't private, please fix this Thanks for reading, if u did qwqIt pops up some feature that let's you see deleted messages(DO NOT GRANT THEM PERMISSION) this is a common scam where they get access to what you type and their program searches for anything that looks like it could be linked to your credit card, name, social security etc... And the app won't even download any videos all it says is "don't download private media" all I was trying to do is download a video from worldstar.

2. Does not work- It is very difficult to use because the app crashes when you select 'get instructions' and when you copy and paste the link it says 'do not download private media' even on public videos.

3. Even the "rate us" option tried to send an email to avoid transparency and honesty via google.There is no option to find the downloaded video outside the app itself, to actually see the video saved on the phone or sd card... Also, you don't have the option to choose the download location.

4. I wouldn't say it's an all media downloader but it does have an easy to use systemHa, haven't had the chance to download 1 video and already had 5 adverts from just moving within the app.

5. It is so fast and easy!! However I cant give it 5 stars because sometimes it does annoy me and when I click copy link, sometimes it doesn't let me download anything, which really is irritating, but other than that.. 4/5 stars!!Godawful.

6. It's not obvious where to even paste the URL in to start with, counter intuitive to have to go into "download history" to paste a new link 🤬To be honest I dont know why I cant download videos.

7. When I copy the video link from exp: instagram and paste in on the link as shown, I only get the starting picture no videos.

8. The app wouldn't even let me download the one Facebook video I wanted.

9. I will never take this off 1 star, don't waste your time here.So it came up when I searched youtube video downloader but it's not compatible with youtube not really the developers fault but did have a large amount of ads.

10. TRASHUninstalled, because it couldn't download any of the videos I wanted it to.

11. Some ads I was sent link back to some questionable sites with little to no information on these "products" they are advertising and they try to get you to give them your phone number or credit card.

1. Fix WhatsDeleted Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhatsDeleted: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhatsDeleted App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhatsDeleted" » Open WhatsDeleted: Anti-Delete Msg » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhatsDeleted » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhatsDeleted: Anti-Delete Msg app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhatsDeleted servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhatsDeleted: Anti-Delete Msg" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhatsDeleted app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhatsDeleted might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhatsDeleted. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhatsDeleted then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhatsDeleted not working

2. Fix WhatsDeleted Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhatsDeleted be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhatsDeleted not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhatsDeleted may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
