Fitness Coach Customer Insights

1. In addition to the hot water tracking, my workout would keep changing, the workout tracking wouldn't work, no sound during the exercises (not sure if thats a bug but it's hard to keep looking at your phone for the timer without any audio cue)I was very excited to see this amazing app to help me lose some weight, and I was willing to do it.

2. I went though all the setting up for my custom account and was almost there, but... and there's always a but... 3 day trial? Then it's 20 bucks? It's a workout plan that's ment to take over 2 months and you're going to hit me with this garbage? I'm giving it a 2 only because I can see where it was going and it has great potential.With the free version of the app, the workouts are not designed for you and are on a randomiser.

3. It also takes forever to start a workout sometimes, I have to click the 'start workout' button multiple times and then when it finally starts, it lags and freezes.. I really wanted to like it but it didn't work out for me sadly.The app looks good, I was super excited to start on it and the content/quality looks top notch.

4. Please fix it, really enjoyed my workouts when it did work and didn't freeze or just exit on its own automatically.. Going to uninstall it unfortunately.I signed up for the 3 day trial and unsubscribed after one day.

5. I would have paid for it if it did all the things promised (nutrition and fitness), but will be looking for a working alternative guys.Water tracking feature is really bugged.

6. Day two and the app continually freezes or pauses on its own and have to start the workout over again.

7. If you have to exit the app at all like to answer a call you loose your workout entirely.

8. You can see this by opening the app, seeing what workout it says to do today, close the app and reopen it and the workout will be different.

9. Yes they are a lot more money, but you get so much more including talking to a live customer serviceThe app could be so great but even now I cannot use it as an error message keeps popping up that the app is crashing.

10. Finally many of the workout sessions are way too short (10mins a day).

11. Currently my water consumption is at 20704 L for today I liked the work outs but there were just too many bugs.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fitness Coach Issues

1. Fix Fitness Coach Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fitness Coach: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fitness Coach App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitness Coach" » Open Fitness Coach » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitness Coach » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitness Coach app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitness Coach servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitness Coach" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitness Coach app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitness Coach might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitness Coach. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitness Coach then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitness Coach not working


2. Fix Fitness Coach Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitness Coach be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitness Coach not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitness Coach may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I need to cancel my subscription because I need back surgery and can't do the exercises until the surgery is complete. I just found that out.

  • I need my subscription cancelled. You guys make that impossible to do. What info do you need to cancel it? I am currently on hold with my bank as well in order to block you guys from taking my money. But, everything says to go to my subscriptions on my phone, this app isn’t there.
