1. I also feel that in spite of the awesome tutorial, it could use improvement in ease of use and as I said, give a free trial or offer more options for us poor folks:) (I love the app, really, I DO! I am no one to criticize or complain, I cannot develop an app or figure out how to make a still photo become animated, that is why I feel BLESSED to have ppl like YOU in the world to help me!) TY!!This app doesn't work as described.

2. The new AI is great, too! (I am hoping for a direct HD AI image download option in the future.) I recently purchased the pro version and I'm happy with my experience! Good app support, too!I use a lot of animation, video, & photo apps.

3. Overall, this is a great app so far & I look forward to creating more with it.I tried this once and it seemed clear that there was a free basic version functionality, and a number of features were restricted to the pro version.

4. I made a collage and added animation paths, a vhs tracking line effect, and a couple of nice subtle elements.

5. The animation is much smoother than the other apps that do similar things, hands down this app Takes the Cake when it comes to realistic-looking movement.

6. The app can be a little buggy and will freeze up from time to time as more features are added, the great thing about it however when this happens, your work is automatically saved.

7. This is such a good feature to have... I'm buying the premium regardless of the glitches.Pros: It's great at animating anything fluid (water, lava, etc.). Very easy to use.

8. Just testing it.EDIT: The issue was fixed! Now that I can see all the pro features, I'm really happy with the variety of effects I can add to images.

9. EDIT: To developer per your response: I edited a simple photo adding one background animation.

10. The free features are enough to make really cool videos and decide if pro is right for you before purchasing.

11. The features are easy to use & I corrected any mistake I made with a simple touch.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Motionleap Issues

1. Fix Motionleap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Motionleap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Motionleap App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Motionleap" » Open Motionleap by Lightricks » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Motionleap » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Motionleap by Lightricks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Motionleap servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Motionleap by Lightricks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Motionleap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Motionleap might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Motionleap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Motionleap then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Motionleap not working


2. Fix Motionleap Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Motionleap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Motionleap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Motionleap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi, so I was buying a subscription for motionleap and it said £1 every month so I thought it would just take £1 so I payed but it took £17 for the whole year which I didn’t want. I’d willingly pay for the £5 every month version but £17 was a little too much could I have a refund please?

    Im reaching out because I tried your app 3 months ago. Made sure to cancel my subscription. I have been charged 20 times since. Im enraged and would appreciate a refund ASAP.

  • Please get in touch. I was 3/4 the way through a music video for my next release using the basic Pixaloop. Then when I went into app nothing was working. So I upgraded to Pixaloop pro and it’s worse than the basic version. Where is anchor? I was getting really effective results before. Now if I paint an area to anchor it and draw a movement arrow near it I don’t get any movement at all. Massively effecting the results. Also none of my previous projects before “upgrading” work. I’m paying for a product that is worse. Im happy paying but want increased functionality not less. I don’t care about the gimmicky effects etc that I can now use, I want the main point of Pixaloop (the movement) to work.

  • You suspended my account. There was a mixup. I bought the $19.99 pixaloop for one year. It worked very well with my iPad. Then a few weeks later I bought the $59.99 package of all the products for one year. Those products would not work with my iPad. The next day I tried to cancel the new product on line but your cancel app would not work. I went to my bank and stopped payment on just the -59.99 programs not the $19.99 1 year. If I need to rebuy the 19.99 pa mage I will do so. But I can’t because you suspended my account. Please unsuspend the account and I will rebuy the program.
