I bought a subscription to Facetune 2 about a month ago and was able to use it’s features. Now, today it is telling me I don’t have a subscription. Please help. Thanks!

I can not open the app at least not beyond a screen that shows a i on of a camera and a photo icon the word “Facetune2” in between and that is it. Nothing opens nothing happens if you click icons. I have deleted and reinstalled app. Still nothing. Have been a customer for at least 3 years. Always used an iphone. Have never had this trouble,

The app is no longer working as of 20 Dec 2020. I have a paid subscription, good until May 2021. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and I have the most up-to-date iOS version on my iPhone. HELP!

I'm sending you this message because I have a question about my subscription. I have subscribed to that app until juin 2021 and I'm very satisfied about its ifficiency, however I have changed my phone from a Android to an IOS, and so I can no longer have my premium use of the app on my iphone, even if I have a subscription on an android.
I would like to know if its possible to pass my subscription from android to IOS, so I don't have to pay again for the same service.

Hi, I received a book for a subscription for this app and I didn’t realize I was even subscribed I haven’t used it and forgot it was even on my phone. I was hoping I would be able to get a refund. Thanks so much!
