1. The game itself is fun and graphics are cute but constantly being interrupted for the ads makes it not worth playingCould have been fun but the amount of ads to unlock features is too much! Plus you have to watch the ads AGAIN to unlock the same features if you come out and play again!!! Very poor design and time wasting.

1. Restart Make-Up Me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Make-Up Me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Make-Up Me" » Open Make-Up Me » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Make-Up Me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Make-Up Me app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Make-Up Me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Make-Up Me" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Make-Up Me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Make-Up Me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Make-Up Me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Make-Up Me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Make-Up Me not working
