About UKG Workforce Central

3. Your punches will be stored and the next time you’re connected, the punches will be sent off to Workforce Central.

1. This problem prevents me from viewing my schedule and time card and also from making requests off.Constantly having to update my password may have finally broke my phone.

2. It only got two stars because when it does work, it is a great help when I want to see my schedule and timecard.Lacks features, and rarely runs properly.

9. About the only things you reliably can use it for are (1) checking your schedule (usually), (2) ensuring your clock-in/clock-out is accurately recorded, and (3) requesting time off.

10. The majority of the time when I try to use this app it either loops to the login screen, or throws a server error.

11. I can do #1 and #2 and many other functions on the website, so #3 is the only one that you really need the app for.When I first downloaded the app for work, it worked fine.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UKG Work Issues

1. Fix UKG Work Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UKG Work: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UKG Work App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UKG Work" » Open UKG Workforce Central » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UKG Work » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UKG Workforce Central app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UKG Work servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UKG Workforce Central" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UKG Work app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UKG Work might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UKG Work. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UKG Work then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UKG Work not working


2. Fix UKG Work Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UKG Work be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UKG Work not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UKG Work may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Good afternoon. I would like my ugh account to be deleted/ remove please. As I am not working for Sense to believe as I couldn’t meet the requirements.
