COVID-19 EHS Customer Insights

1. There's no options to add details of the dependent under family category in android, as for IOS, it does ask the details of the family members but the NEXT Is option is disabled, hence unable to proceed with the registration, also it doesn't highlight where the missing or wrong info is.Shared the same experience like many others here with the whole second dose thing.

2. Bugs needs to be fixed as there will be no record other than vaccine card dont know if later it will be considered valid.Its been 2 months since i got my first dose in Al Ittihad Jumeirah , i went twice as per the message i received and twice i was turned down , they said ill receive a third message .

3. This really sucksTerrible experience! Didnt inform us that we need to book an appointment for 2nd dose.

4. 2nd dose appointment is required to rebook as per MOHAP message received.

5. It automatically books your second dose appointment on Saturday and when you reach the centre they say we are closed on Friday and Saturday.

6. The app is phone design specific!!!! I'm struggling to again book an appointment (which i already had...the card) Communication is keyTerrible experience.

7. Dose 1 was a breeze, why us dose 2, the all important, so complicated? I hope this app is fixed and ample slots provided, or just dont keep giving dose 1's if you are not ready with dose 2's for the same.

8. Terrible design When selecting appointment, no way to see which days are available, so you keep guessing only for the app to tell you no slots.

9. And app doesn't work, you are not able to cancel or change the appointment.Really bad experience.

10. And we can never book a dose 2 without a headache, stress & delayed vaccination.

11. I need the second dose urgently as I am trying to apply for license.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix COVID-19 EHS Issues

1. Fix COVID-19 EHS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart COVID-19 EHS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the COVID-19 EHS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "COVID-19 EHS" » Open COVID-19 EHS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for COVID-19 EHS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear COVID-19 EHS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from COVID-19 EHS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "COVID-19 EHS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check COVID-19 EHS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, COVID-19 EHS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall COVID-19 EHS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall COVID-19 EHS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing COVID-19 EHS not working


2. Fix COVID-19 EHS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make COVID-19 EHS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to COVID-19 EHS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, COVID-19 EHS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
