Klook Customer Insights

1. How come? On Trip, the hotel had many rooms available not that it was full.Seems Klook credit card security been compromised? Happened two occasions on 2 different credit cards after Klook bookings were made, unauthorised transactions were made on credit cards.

2. Worth it! I was able to save money on tours and wifi sevices that I use at my destination, and it has several payment options, which is convenient for me.I just used it to book, but my attractions booking are in a month.

3. Klook may offer good discounts or convenience but dont expect too much when things go wrong!Klook holds no responsibility on what their operators do.

4. This left me feeling deceived, as it seemed unnecessary to encourage me to install the application if the discount was not valid for my specific booking.

5. Even when Klook just sent a confirmation email the night before, it doesn't mean anything.

6. M and Sherry did a good job sharing the historical facts about Thailand and took care of us during the entire trip.

7. I did make a mistake on my part and klook did allow a refund to fix my mistakeI love this app.

8. Some operators although have not stated clearly in their T&C may still cancel your booking last minute without 24hrs prior notice.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Klook Issues

1. Fix Klook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Klook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Klook App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Klook" » Open Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Klook » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Klook servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Klook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Klook might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Klook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Klook then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Klook not working


2. Fix Klook Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Klook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Klook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Klook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    A legitimate company refund the amount paid especially 5 months from now is when the tour is
