Crowdfire Customer Insights

1. Used to be able to post free via Crowdfire, now Twitter has halted my free plan and even the plus option! Can't justify the other prices! Thanks Crowdfire for your time and if over the years my final review gives you and sums up how good you have made my Twitter!!EDIT: Now I can't post ANYTHING to anything, so this app is worthless & no one will get back to me at all through their "customer service" email address.

2. None of my drafts with pictures will post but you'll charge $10 for premium services like video posting and I'm worried that's not going to work either I wasted 10 dollars on a non premium app.***** Updated! After finding out the true picture! Times are hard for everyone and seems even Twitter.

3. I don't know what the issue might've been, hoping that it wasn't an option I'd have to be a subscribed member to post in the correct orientation of the photo.

4. Help was responsive, bur not very helpful, I eventually gave up on trying to solve the problems.Only gets 2 stars because it is VERY easy to set up and schedule posts for the week.

5. I uploaded a photo in portrait orientation and when I'd try to post it through the app to my Instagram it would change the orientation to landscape EVERY.

6. You try to make a post on the free plan and it asks you to pay $4.99/mo for "unlimited" posts.

7. You had your chance, but chose to ignore my request for help.I signed up and scheduled a post.

8. Tried talking to their help about it limiting the amount of fans it prompts me to follow back and how rotating my articles in my blog is no longer apart of prescriptions.

9. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.Since I installed crowdfire, it has been making it hard for me to go beyond the sign in page, it's be seriously difficult.

10. Loses the other three because their suggested images and links just SUCK! Like seriously, I have "comics" and "comedy" highlighted for a search.

11. Crowdfire used to be a lot better, but it has lost a lot of features due to social media policy changes.
