1. Very disappointing 😔Complicated app, it is not user friendly app, connecting to mt4 is difficult, the spreads are high and order is usually accepted at a market price when you have limit set, stop loss will be automatically removed from your order so keep an eye on it.

2. Despite all that, it is better than nadex which also has the same demanding requirement to verify every card.useful but could use more functionality at the chart level like earlyer version.Although some may want to buy , we have to see , sell , persway , convince.

3. I really do enjoy using this platform, Thank you!I've been trying out a few different forex trading apps but I keep coming back to this one.

4. Seems the chart needs to be full screen then tapped in order to access the additional tools including timeframes, types, indicators etc.

5. For example I set a buy limit on the app and while watching the chart on my computer, it bounced off my limit 5 different times within an hour and the app still didn't take the trade.

6. Simple and works good.I'm pretty sure can count the amount of review I write on a single hand but I just gotta sat that this is a great platform.

7. I do hope to have the option to change time frames on my charts; some months ago they only displayed in Daily intervals but now they only display in 5min intervals.

1. Fix IG Forex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IG Forex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IG Forex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IG Forex" » Open IG Forex: spot FX trading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IG Forex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IG Forex: spot FX trading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IG Forex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IG Forex: spot FX trading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IG Forex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IG Forex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IG Forex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IG Forex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IG Forex not working

2. Fix IG Forex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IG Forex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IG Forex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IG Forex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
