1. P.S. registration by email doesn't work.Love it! So convenient, fast, and much more sustainable than sending in the invoices with the mail.High loading times, UI gets blocked often (ANR), fingerprint setting is not properly saved so one has to use the password again.The app is as bad as it gets and it perfectly match the quality of service of the insurance as a whole.
2. Other than the fact the "computer" that checks the bills is constantly making errors that stop me from properly getting reimbursed resulting in hour long phone calls on hold to Hanse Merkur, since July the app can't take photos without having a device restarted.
3. No online acces to copies of paper letters sent by insurance company.The app has a lot of bugs, cant open the briefe in Statusübersicht.
4. Requests were submitted through the app and the insurance is supposed to take action as they claim to doNew registration/login that gets stuck on biometric check suggestion - can't use the app.
5. For every single upload, I have to restart my phone to avoid this problem.You just renamed app, removed login by insurance number, without notifying customers.
