1. P.S. registration by email doesn't work.Love it! So convenient, fast, and much more sustainable than sending in the invoices with the mail.High loading times, UI gets blocked often (ANR), fingerprint setting is not properly saved so one has to use the password again.The app is as bad as it gets and it perfectly match the quality of service of the insurance as a whole.

2. Other than the fact the "computer" that checks the bills is constantly making errors that stop me from properly getting reimbursed resulting in hour long phone calls on hold to Hanse Merkur, since July the app can't take photos without having a device restarted.

3. No online acces to copies of paper letters sent by insurance company.The app has a lot of bugs, cant open the briefe in Statusübersicht.

4. Requests were submitted through the app and the insurance is supposed to take action as they claim to doNew registration/login that gets stuck on biometric check suggestion - can't use the app.

5. For every single upload, I have to restart my phone to avoid this problem.You just renamed app, removed login by insurance number, without notifying customers.

6. Much more useful would be to see whether refund payments have been made......just requested a PIN to register for full functionality of the app "Der Code ist gültig bis 12.12.21"! There is an error in the automated messageQuite primitive and basic.

7. No support to other languages, very poor visibility of notifications, poor management of the communication channels, not recommended at all To reply to the developer, there's no question for me to ask, the app is just a poor product.

8. Also it wouldnt hurt making the app in english, most germans have state insurance no?It doesnt even start.

9. Help link opens random IBM watson KI page.This app only tells you whether your submissions have been received.

10. No accout overview of health insurance reimbursements.
