1. I am in Jeddah Saudi Arabia and it tells me that fajer is at 12 pm, although it is set to Jeddah and the time on my phone it Jeddah time???? Rubbish don't even bother.I am a bit disappointed with this app, it does not notify prayer times properly even if the notifications are allowed and volumes are set high.

2. One every long while I can tolerate fine, but an ad every click trying to get to what I need ? Not very tolerable.. and I'm also having a lot of trouble changing the location on the app too.It's a rubbish app.

3. What is the correct settings? And why do you have inappropriate adds on a Muslim App?This app is designed to withdraw money from people's account by the name of "Musilm" shame on you.

4. Always 1 hour late.The Azaan doesn't start on my phone, no matter what settings I put it at, but on my 2nd phone works perfectly fine.

5. I feel they are just trying to make money.I signed up for the 3 day free subscription as there was a pay wall in order to access the app and they charged me immediately.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Muslim Issues

1. Fix Muslim Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Muslim: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Muslim App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Muslim" » Open Muslim: Ramadan 2024, Azan » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Muslim » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Muslim: Ramadan 2024, Azan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Muslim servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Muslim: Ramadan 2024, Azan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Muslim app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Muslim might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Muslim. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Muslim then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Muslim not working


2. Fix Muslim Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Muslim be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Muslim not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Muslim may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
