Alert reports are also inconsistent between phones logged into the same account.this is one of the worst apps I've ever had to use it's constantly disconnecting and you're constantly having to re sign in if I could use another app for the camera I would do and you can only record when the app is open, I want it recording all the time?camera can connect to the internet, camera can record, but i cannot Log In with this app... constantly it shows login failed... tried to contact with the developer but no result... i have two camera... can anyone help???Apps is good but it cannot open to 3rd party app due to encryption.

2. Camera is now useless.Tried to contact developer about the issues without any luck so far.I cannot get the camera to connect.

3. I cannot share it to public.Camera won’t recognize my memory card and the app itself is no longer available for iPhone.My timezone is GMT+6.

1. Fix HDIPC360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HDIPC360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HDIPC360 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HDIPC360" » Open HDIPC360 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HDIPC360 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HDIPC360 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HDIPC360 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HDIPC360" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HDIPC360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HDIPC360 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HDIPC360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HDIPC360 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HDIPC360 not working

2. Fix HDIPC360 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HDIPC360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HDIPC360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HDIPC360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
