Seems the app and the delivery systems are not in syncThird time ordering grillos, dont get me wrong the food is great, they have a preference on the app for card or cash so selected card which in the past 2 times havent had an issue, anyways guy rocked up with the food,like I said food was great but the guy could not speak english, I said where is the card machine he proceeded to say cash cash cash so i said fine so gave him 100dhs as to which he said i dont have change, so i was like what now so he said well let me go get changeBest ever food.
2. Hope someone looks into the delivery, i dont think im going to order nxt time..what is the point of having a good app when u cant provide customer serviceI absolutely love Grill'o (5 stars for the food) and the app comes with great offers.
3. This is happening for atleast 2 weeks now!The app is horrible, what the use of keep sending offer to order from the app if it is not working properly, I cannot even log in to my account, I tried to create a new one but the app keep showing me I'm already registered, No call center even to fix the issue!!!!Please test your app.
4. When I select the food and apply the offer, the next option is to choose the address.
5. Order was 270dhs but they delivered 230dhs only bal 40dhs order they delivered after 30min.
6. I cant select your shop nothing... But your food is good.
7. However when I click on select address, the app says "Please refresh! Something went wrong while loading the app".
8. Upon enquiry the agent ask why I placed order early in morning.
9. I'll continue with ZomatoAbsolutely dissatisfied with the delivery, they commit to 45 mins but do not deliver on time.
10. But I always order using Zomato, as the app is horrible.
11. The call was from an unprofessional manager at Healthcare city branch, despite being a regular customer.
