1. Cont.from (do it like Lively..No,I Am Not In Control..You Are..You don't allow me to choose the apps I want to update.I had to update 37 apps not too long ago or be blocked..I could go on😓, I spend hrs on the phone with customer care so now I cringe when I have too, now is the time.

2. Blocking Scam texts & calls requires going to history, but often those scams are not even registering in history.confusing mess, Lively had 2 apps to work together?? Pairing device to app/phone is a joke and is constantly disconnecting.

3. But it's very annoying it keeps disconnecting from app, so not sure if I'm keeping the service or not and support doesn't know what to tell meThis app is only for cell phones that are provided by great call.

4. If customer support is only available at certain times, I have not come across any sort hours or time table.This phone system has A LOT of bugs.

5. Laborious, time consuming, frustrating process.My original reason for getting this phone was monthly cost and I received so much more.

6. If you to try to use it with any other Android phone it will send you notifications that your account needs urgent attention even though there is nothing wrong with your account.

7. I found cell phone since they first came out and were actually car phones.

8. This app in the Play store should be labeled clearly that it is only for the lively great call cell phones.

9. Restarted the phone and app, updated the app, removed wearable device, attempted to reconnect the device several times with no luck.

10. Installed it on my Android phone and it doesn't work.

11. Each time you call support you get a different person and they CANNOT CONNECT YOU with the previous person so you have to start all over again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Lively Issues

1. Fix Lively Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Lively: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Lively App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lively" » Open Lively » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lively » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Lively app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lively servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lively" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Lively app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lively might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Lively. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lively then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lively not working

2. Fix Lively Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lively be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lively not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lively may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
