Files Customer Insights

1. Personally I think that as a whole this app is very easy to use and intuitive for people who aren't exactly the best at using technology, while it may be true that some features like root access aren't available, most people don't even know what that is, so for advanced smart phone users maybe it's a little lacking, but for the average person and experience that they will use it for, (clearing up storage, moving files, etc.) It is perfect.Downgrading to four stars because the last two updates have been buggy.

2. It still needs to not jump back to the top of the list when coming out of viewing a file in the safe folder and a loop option for videos.A great app for exploring your files and things of that nature but the interface could be a little more streamlined and clear.

3. This app makes it so easy to separate ur photos into groups (e.g. duplicates, blurry photos, screenshots, backed-up media, larger vs smaller-sized videos, and so much more!) They make it so u can organize and condense ur files with just a click...saving whatever u want, where ever u want! This app makes things way more difficult than it should be.

4. I'm old school, so notifications about suggestions from my phone usually don't get a first thought, let alone second, but if the phone suggests for me to use this app, then I put it to use.Perfectly fine file manager except for that it hasn't been working for quite the while.

5. At the very least, I trust this over any aftermarket ones on the Play Store: I don't want to risk being bombarded with ONLINE ads when browsing my LOCAL files.I love every bit of this apps UI.

6. I do a lot of work for my phone that deals with all my files and sometimes I'm going back and forth through my files over and over and over and I still forget how to get to some places and I wish it was more intuitive.

7. What I despise with any storage app is, being unable to preview a file before I attach it to an email or download it to a given site.

8. I thought it was the game since it's known to be buggy, but I switched to having it take the image directly from my photos and the issue went away.

9. All attempts to move them to the Trash fail, and the Permanently Delete option doesn't show up when in the Clean tab, frustratingly enough.

10. In the safe folder, it keeps saying that there are files in the safe folder that can't be viewed, even though I know there's nothing in it.

11. For example instead of just the option to delete, I would like the option to archive or save to a certain storage.
