1. Also their in app search is so poor it does not take into account the keyword but includes completely unrelated products.I often order from Nature's Basket and the current app version is super smooth and easy compared to the last one.It's really disappointing to see an app from such a well known brand having basic functioning issues!! In times like this when people are counting you, is hardly the time to act up.

2. If there are no delivery slots, then please do us a favour and let us know on the home page like other apps, instead of letting people waste their time adding things to cart and the finally turning blank on delivery date and time page.

3. Terrible app.As compared to the quality of products(which is mostly great), the app itself is terrible, sometimes it shows the order was not placed and you get message next day saying you are getting the delivery.

4. Right now when I try to access any category it just keeps loading forever and doesn't show beyond a few items so I have to manually search instead of being able to see the options.

5. My wallet balance after purchase (reflecting on hard copy of bill) due to weight change after online order placement, doesn't show up here.

6. Even after harsh comments, no one's bother fr app functions... pls delete ur app permanently if unable to work on it...Quality of products is great.

7. They do not comply with the time slots at all.Half the functions don't work and ask for internet connection, while connected well to a high speed internet connection.

8. Shows items that are sold out even when you select to show only available products.

9. Quite pathetic actually!!! Also on redeem points OTP doesn't come thru and on repeat transaction the points (not redeemed) also disappear.

10. The app itself needs a lot of work.(1) The link to Mangoes or to the Cart just gives a blank page.

11. Your loss for business tbh.Nature's basket has a wide assortment of products which are quite difficult to find elsewhere.
