1. Otherwise I think it would be a great app if you're willing to pay for premium, but I am not willing!! I must have downloaded this app on my first pregnancy bc when I logged in it said I was like 34 months along.

2. I've used it for all 3 of my pregnancies & NOW they seem to be forcing users to upgrade to premium by limiting content that JUST RECENTLY USED TO BE FREE!!! The premium features are not that great for me to spend $80+ on this app.

3. You're not motivating me to upgrade, because I wasn't going to in the first place, you're only making it annoying to read the free articles and overall enjoying the app and instead I'm thinking of uninstalling it.

4. There is a really competitive market for pregnancy tracker apps that have even more features at cheaper prices or even free.

5. Started up last week for my second and my God the ads and subscription pop-ups! I feel like it is now way too heavy-handed with every other thing saying that we could do this or that only if we have premium.

6. All I really got on the free version was a little one or two sentence blurb about my pregnancy today (nothing interesting) and a visual that showed the beginning and end of my pregnancy and where I'm at.

7. Let me say "no" once and stop!I really liked it for my first pregnancy and even paid for unlimited with the glow baby app.

8. The app looks really nice and sometimes the articles are relevant but overall not impressed.You pretty much have to purchase premium for any feature- it's all locked.

9. It's frustrating when I get a daily email with articles suggested for me based on where I am in my pregnancy, but then can't read them.

10. Right under the top is a button to route directly to the payment options and I feel like this has become all about money as opposed to a good genuine free service.

11. I deleted it after a day or two, it was a waste of space.Most of the features that attracted me are for the premium version.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Glow Issues

1. Fix Glow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Glow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Glow App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glow" » Open Glow: Track. Shop. Nurture. » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glow » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Glow: Track. Shop. Nurture. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glow servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glow: Track. Shop. Nurture." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Glow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glow might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Glow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glow then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glow not working


2. Fix Glow Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
