1. I do wish you could do multiple journeys and when you input info for weights it kept that data and where you left off after completing/ during a training journey.Really have loved this app over the past year, and always find myself going back to it when I slack off in my exercise because it so easily adapts to where you are physically.
2. The ability to change the workout midstream is great and how it compiles your programs based on your feedback is one of the best features in my opinion.
3. For example, I am doing the "dumbbell gain" journey, and I keep telling it certain workouts are too easy, yet the next session with the same move it is the same (or even gets easier in some - this might be broken!).
4. I can do my main workout, and if i feel it's too easy, i can give feedback to increase the difficulty for the next workout.
5. There's no instructions or tips while exercising if I need help. This has been really great! I've been using the app since 2019 and I've been impressed with all the additions and updates with the app.
6. It's hard to find a good non-weight lifing workout plan online for free.
7. I wish I was able to pause the workout for those times I have to walk away for a second due to kids or other emergencies, but overall I love this app.
8. Give it a try.I've been using Freeletics since October 2022 and I've had great results both aesthetically and overall performance.
9. The feedback you give the coach does not clearly change the trajectory of the current or future workouts.
10. I know feedback is how it creates the next workout, but I don't want to blog after every set.
11. But for the workouts, the app is great. Some minor things I dislike: the stretches do not give you time to get into the next position.
