I dont want to allow this app to access my contacts or storageIt is easy to use and has a lot of properties with pics and verified owners.Very good app.I recommend it to anyone who needs to recharge any Cuban's phone.Don't give em your number, they will spam you with daily sms that say text back stop to cancel.

2. La aplicación funciona bien, excepto para los mensajes de texto que de U.S.A a Cuba no llegan y desde otras aplicaciones como cubamessenger sí llegan.The app doesnt work if I dont give to it all the permissions.

3. Awful customer service.Rigth now I will say this is the worst app to make phone calls to Cuba.

4. Hope someone can fix this, thanks.The application works well, except for text messages that do not arrive from the U.S.A to Cuba and from other applications such as Cubamessenger they do.

5. It will never cancel.The application doesn't open at all,still like that for quite some time alreadyI've had a great experience with DimeCuba personnel.

6. The application requests too many permissions (access to contacts, make calls, camera, Mic, etc).

7. If you decide to not grant those permissions (not needed to do a recarga) the application does not open.

8. The customer service has treated me with respect, and emphatically when I have questions and concerns.

9. I must say they possess very high customer service skills.

1. Fix DimeCuba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DimeCuba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DimeCuba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DimeCuba" » Open DimeCuba: connecting with Cuba » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DimeCuba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DimeCuba: connecting with Cuba app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DimeCuba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DimeCuba: connecting with Cuba" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DimeCuba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DimeCuba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DimeCuba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DimeCuba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DimeCuba not working

2. Fix DimeCuba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DimeCuba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DimeCuba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DimeCuba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
