Fitonomy Customer Insights

1. After signing up for the free trial (which it requires you to do before you can see any workout plans), it kept rejecting my login info.

2. There should also be free content that's actually available upon opening the app...I recently purchased this app (annual fee) so that I could have a tracker schedule, something to show me what exercises to do, the amount of calories and minutes worked out.

3. Edit to respond to reply: THE SUPPORT CONTACT EMAIL DOES NOT WORK AS MENTIONED IN MY REVIEWAbsolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced.

4. It's seems like a great app, but I wish they'd allow users access to at least a free basic training.DO NOT BUY.

5. Definitely do not pay for the Pro version, none of the functionality such as custom workouts work and the support email is invalid.

6. I wish there was a link to Amazon Music but it helps that I can just play my music alongside the workout and still listen to instructions uninterrupted.

7. There's a great variety and I've seen lots of success with the ab routine.I previously gave 1 star bevause I downloaded the app and it wasn't working.

8. In conclusion the app is great and the price is unbeatable.I really wanted to like this app but it's not even possible to login.

9. This is great, they also have challenges that you can join in addition to your workout.

10. The app itself was great when it wanted to work, but there are 100 times more well functioning apps out there.

11. Once I was able to access the app, there are a lot of exercises available, the meal plan is awesome very self explanatory as well the exercises.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fitonomy Issues

1. Fix Fitonomy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fitonomy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fitonomy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitonomy" » Open Fitonomy: Home Workout Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitonomy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitonomy: Home Workout Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitonomy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitonomy: Home Workout Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitonomy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitonomy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitonomy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitonomy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitonomy not working


2. Fix Fitonomy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitonomy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitonomy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitonomy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hei :) So i have a problem. I downloaded and payd for one year. On my appstore i have the email "toftebamanda@redacted", but it was my old one...and i cant remember my passord..so i have the app and the money are payd for one year, but i cant get in to the app. can you pleace help me? thanks

  • I would like to cancel this app so that it does not renew again in November 2022. The app itself does not allow you to opt out of the subscription. Big red flag for me when I pay for subscriptions, the fact that it is not user friendly to cancel the subscription, so I'd like to cancel asap.

  • I just downloaded Fitonomy app and paid $30 for 6 months subscription. Every time I click on the explore tab the app will shut down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app again but still does the same thing. Please fix it or i would like a refund please
