1. Other than the frustration of having to figure out how to get into the app, the app is nicely done.App crashes every single time the camera snaps a pic of my check.
2. Now that it forces the desktop site to view details there is absolutely no point to use the app! If I could go back to the previous look I would in a second!!The camera feature is awful.
3. Used to constantly forget credentials, but I haven't seen that for a couple months.While trying to roll over 401k from a previous employer I was guided to use this app to take pictures of the checks.
4. You go to deposit a significant rollover check, it asked for all the info I had already entered online, then go to deposit, you had to take pictures of front and back of check.
