Fetch Customer Insights

1. Also u have to check your reciepts after submitting them because it labels a lot of items wrong and you miss out on extra points for buying certain products.I'm just learning but everything is pretty user friendly.

2. If I order pickup from Target, it counts each item as costing $0, and therefore I only get points for any receipt.

3. Unless you actively try to buy things they're partnered with, you generally only get 25 points per receipt no matter how much money you spend.

4. I get something that has a large amount of points and they 'can't read the receipt' or 'we can't see the date'.

5. Also, it doesn't read products correctly, for example; "MT Dew" doesn't give my extra points.

6. Certain items are worth ALOT of points.

7. 10 regular transactions and they get the receipt, credit the points, etc.

8. Customer service wants me to send all the receipts but do not seem to be working on a fix for the situation.Update 6/30/23: Well, it worked a couple of times.

9. It's fantastic, but I seem to have problems with my e-reciepts every time there are big points involved.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fetch Issues

1. Fix Fetch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fetch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fetch App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fetch" » Open Fetch: America’s Rewards App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fetch » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fetch: America’s Rewards App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fetch servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fetch: America’s Rewards App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fetch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fetch might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fetch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fetch then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fetch not working


2. Fix Fetch Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fetch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fetch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fetch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Fetch Rewards was working perfectly on my old phone. Now that I have moved to a new phone I can no longer access my Fetch Rewards information. Please help!

    How do I get my old account information over to the new phone? I had a lot of information and points in there, and I would be terribly disappointed to lose it. I love using the app and would appreciate any help you could give me.

  • Help, I had saved up 10000 points for a long time and so I had bought a 10$ Nintendo card, it said something is wrong with the systems and took my points but never got the gift card. I had got 2 cards before this and they worked fine.

  • It's been 5 days and I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. I redeemed a egift cert and I cant view it and I wanted to go to the store today to use it. When I try to view it the message that says your egift cert will appear any moment keeps going on and on and I never get my gift cert.
