FedEx Customer Insights

1. Makes the app pointless for me now.Whenever I try to have the app Send Status Updates, I 'notify by text', put ph # in, turn on all of the notification status choices, then big orange link that says "SEND", but it won't let me enter those settings--I get this error message every time: "The action you requested could not be completed at this time.

2. And, obviously, FedEx doesn't care, because there's no feedback channel.App missing a few great features that I can do on a full computer browser like sending multiple boxes to a single address.

3. Sometimes it won't open with just a spinny loading wheel running for a few minutes, sometimes I get kicked out with a "try again in a few minutes" message that will be repeated for days (but if I delete the app data it immediately opens and works fine).

4. This occurs on both my Samsung 22 Ultra and on my Samsung tablet with no difference in performance. If I need to actually track something I have to go to the website because the app is just an icon that takes up storage and data on my phone.

5. Well since I created a FedEx account and tied my corporate card to it, everytime I use the FedEx account, those shipments do not show up.

6. Stopping, clearing data does nothing, still have the error.Delivery instructions in app have no affect on drivers' ability to deliver packages correctly.

7. It also doesn't list accurate details on the FedEx locations.

8. Uninstalling and reinstalling clears the issue, but this isn't an acceptable solution for each time I need to use the app, which is multiple times a day.

9. Only FedEx can't seem to manage the simple act of placing a package on the front porch.

10. The review wants us to "tell us more," but it's impossible know what you can do in it or if it looks good visually when all you get is a white screen with the "thinking" circle forever.

11. When I use to scan my ID everytime, my outbound shipments would show up in this list.
