Why should I report an Issue with Exactly?

1. Always worked fine before that!So a team of adults actually devised an app without thinking that it might be helpful to allow people to register for an account instead of sending them to a useless login screen, which obviously won't work since, you know, *they just downloaded the app!* A real testament to due diligence.This app was working fine until the recent update on my Samsung.

2. No joy magazine found five years out of date and cannot look at it😢😠Great to read essays giving an insight into more delightful books to read.

1. Fix Exactly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Exactly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Exactly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Exactly" » Open Exactly » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Exactly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Exactly app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Exactly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Exactly" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Exactly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Exactly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Exactly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Exactly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Exactly not working

2. Fix Exactly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Exactly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Exactly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Exactly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
