1. after 2 lessons I wasnt allowed to progress forward unless I paid for the subscription, now I feel as if I'm wasting my money by having to spend time within my paid subscription rushing through these beginning lessons of words/phrases I already know.It starts out kind of slowly, but you end up getting hooked into more and more by the clever clips you listen to.
2. I also wish more of the words were underlined (which brings up the translation) in the text.I took a quiz prior to starting the lessons.
3. You go through a quick quiz to determine your language level and even though I'm intermediate, I was started off on Hola and Cómo está.
4. When playing one of the games or reading a text, you can select words "to learn" but I wish that option was available in the other game as well.
5. I went through and did a vocabulary test and was given the level of intermediate but still couldn't find an easy way to jump past all the introductory content.
6. The lessons are short enough I can log on between things and complete a quick lesson, master a conceptVery glitchy and frustrating at least on Android.
7. I only wish the test at the beginning to gauge level of understanding was actually used to put me at an appropriate starting point.
8. Using movie clips and actual stories brings the language to life.
9. The movie clips are too simple even though it claimed it would send me to the right level and then started with absolute beginner.
10. Good luck developers.The concept of how the app is teaching a language is interesting, I can see myself using this a good bit.
11. Somebody spent a lot of time and care to find those clips from movies, TV shows, podcasts and other media.
I would like to delete my account for personal reasons
Please I cancelled this EWA language by deleting and now they are charging me 49 $ dollars in my credit card. Please cancelled it and get my money back.

Hello, I never intended to purchase this app and I was charged for both last year and this year. I would like a refund for the charge on 11/03 and I would like to cancel my subscription. I don't know how to cancel on my ipad and I never intended to buy this and was charged for now 2 years! Please kindly refund the most recent transaction on 11.03.
I signed up for a free trial and canceled the subscription because it was not a service I could use effectively. I just looked at my app store subscriptions and it looks like I was charge $99 for a yearly service!! I would like a refund asap because I most certainly cancelled this within the app and I should not have been signed up for a subscription.
I tried the trial and on the day the trial ended, I stopped the trial, but they charged me $100.00 anyway for a year. I would not mind trying it for a month for $15.00 but not pay the $100.00

Unfortunately my granddaughter pressed on the subscription icon and a extensive amount of money was taken out of my account without my consent.
I have now cancelled my subscription as soon as I found out the same day. I am now asking you for my money to be refunded to my account, I will also be raising this concern with the bank and raising dispute for this to be challenged. I will promptly be expecting a reply back.

I downloaded this app and wanted to see how it works.
and I didn't like it so I got to setting and unsubscribe it.
Mostly the app says offering a couple of days for free.
I knew about it. so I made sure it was unclicked by yearly or monthly or weekly.
It was non-clicked and I delete that app right away.
now I found out it charged a whole a year fee and I looked at my setting again. It was on the active list
but still, I don't see the 'check' mark next to period.
Even there is no option to cancel the subscription.
This is totally a scam. I saw this app thru youtube. people would try but if it does not work, we should cancel it.... I am so upset and please help me to cancel it and refund the fee, please.
