1. With EVNotify installed, you can easily set when you want to drive again - and just get notified in realtime in different notifications ways you've setup when the desired state of charge has been achieved.
2. Since the new update of EVNotify, you can also find charging stations to have an overview at any time, where you can charge next. - runs on all android-capable devices (even Android TV-Sticks) [Android >= 4. ** Releases within next patches in the future.
3. EVNotify allows you to track the state of charge as well as data such as charging power of your electric vehicle from distance.
4. EVNotify monitors the state of charge for you - even then, when the car itself doesn't have a internet or app connection.
5. It gives you notification when the desired state of charge has been achieved or your charge interrupted!
6. Normally you have to look for the car's state of charge every few minutes - have to leave and go physically to the car, just to check if you are ready to drive again.
7. Basic Support = Just state of charge, may be extended within the future.
8. You are charging with your electric vehicle on a fast charger , you want to leave, but still have to wait for the car, till the battery is up to 80% again.
9. The only thing you need, is an android-compatible device, Bluetooth, internet connection and a bluetooth-capable OBD2-Dongle.
10. EVNotify is still in an early stage of development.
11. This does EVNotify for you.
1. Maybe it's great software, but I will not try, as long I have to personalize it by entering any e-mail address for using it.Doesn't really work, i got a good quality obd2 dongle, canioniq connects straight away, this one says initialization error and try's to reconnect but doesn't.
2. The biggest issues are: charging recording drops if the app is not on top so I get sections of my charges rather than a whole session, recording does not start for "drives", and it needs "Fahrenheit"/"miles".Wont connect properly on my Hyundai Kona EV 2021.
3. I miss the display of the min/max cell voltages.App looks like it has good info, but I cannot connect bluetooth, app errors with an orange box stating "Cannot connect bluetooth: Invalid Date".
4. After having created an account using Wifi I can use EVnotify offline to read some values (e.g. SoC or SoH), except of changing configurations (saving always fails with an error).
5. Why somebody will read source code, before using an app, just to make sure it's not spyware? A free software should not force to register that it is personalized.
6. Had a cheap chinese and a ZUS dongles that didnt work with it.Can't proceed without an account, though I just want to read some values offline.
7. Kia Soul, and other bluetooth monitoring apps work fine including Soul Spy.
8. The OBD II bluetooth dongle works with other apps, so I do not think it is the dongle's problem..This app is on the right track.
9. However, since upgrading my phone to a Pixel 6 Pro and using Android gestures, I've been unable to get it to save logs before existing.
10. It says vehicle connection must be established but there is no way to do it as the bluetooth button on the top right corner and the refresh button next to it don't respond at all.
11. I'm using it with a 2020 Kona electric and a Veepeak OBD2 tool.
Hi, I'm new to evnotify and unfortunately I can't remember the special key you gave me once I registered - can you please resend to me? Also I managed to get the app and OBD2 device talking to each other this being on an android phone. Next step is to get evnotify talking to ABRP. I think this is where I will need the key. If you could provide a simple step by step procedure to get evnotify and ABRP talking I would appreciate it
