1. After not receiving the hugely discounted come-back first box I went through the arduous process of getting through to customer service, and they were very nice and said they'd credit my account for the price of the first box for the second box.

2. Took 20 minutes with customer service and they still couldn't get it straight and didn't know what was going on, I can't comment on the food because the service was too abhorrent to even get a first order in.

3. The price makes it all worthwhile, and I can usually get 3 meals out of a 2-person servingFirst there was a bait and switch on cost, the prices listed in one section do not match the prices listed in another.

4. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!Highly recommended! Recipes are delicious and nutritious offering fresh, wholesome ingredients with easy to follow instructions, conveniently delivered right to your door, eliminating a trip to the grocery store.

5. Please try again." I have uninstalled, waited 24 hrs then reinstalled, cleared the apps cache and data, restarted my device, with none of this solving the problem! Sure I can use the website, but the app is more convenient and none of the other apps on my phone are having an issue.

6. The portions looked small, but when prepared they were good sized portions, even for my husband.very tasty! I wish there were different vegetables switched up.

7. However, they never actually did that, so now I'm down $30 without a single meal and it took 45 minutes to figure out how to cancel.I love the recipes.

8. I found the solution was prepping my vegetables ahead of time so I stayed in the time frame when cooking the meal.

9. They offer a good variety of recipes sure to please even picky eaters.

10. I do love the ease of preparing meals and not having to put a lot of thought into what I'm going to eat.

11. However, we have NEVER completed a meal in the time the recipe card says we should.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix EveryPlate Issues

1. Fix EveryPlate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart EveryPlate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the EveryPlate App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EveryPlate" » Open EveryPlate: Cooking Simplified » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EveryPlate » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear EveryPlate: Cooking Simplified app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EveryPlate servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EveryPlate: Cooking Simplified" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check EveryPlate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EveryPlate might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall EveryPlate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EveryPlate then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EveryPlate not working


2. Fix EveryPlate Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EveryPlate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EveryPlate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EveryPlate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I was charged $45.33 for a delivery of food I did not authorize and would like to be reimbursed for that charge. I paid for the free gift meals and decided I would not make any further orders to EveryPlate and want to cancel any orders using my account. Please cancel my account and return the $45.33 to my Paypal account.

  • I have been charged for 2 meals slightly over $31 each, but have cancelled this account upon startup, and wish a refund of both initial charges as described above, because of returning immediately any meals delivered brand new and unopened plus any and all future meals will be returned brand new and unopened, also I cancelled as best I could during the first enrollment date, even by phone without an answer or ability to leave a message!
