1. Lately, when I go to read it automatically puts the text size at the smallest and the brightness to maximum and any attempts to change this on my part result in the book being downloaded again and going back to small text and max brightness.

2. However I really like this app because I can find books more easily then a real library (though an online one can never replace a real one) and when we're in lockdown, I can still keep reading!I have used this app for quite a while on my tablet and really enjoyed it.

3. Book I was reading closed down and wouldn't let me open it up again until I turned on wifi and downloaded it again.Uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times - it is working now.

4. however, if I wish to renew an audiobook, once I have renewed it, or if I return it and then borrow it again, it simply won't load - it remains buffering forever in the place where I last listened, and the app will not allow me to change where in the novel I am and the only way I have found to solve it is to reinstall the app which is extremely frustrating.

5. this has happened around four times - please fix it!!I really like how the books are downloaded onto your device when you borrow them but the fact that they only have a few copies of each book is a bit annoying.

6. I do not know if it was the latest update, or whether it relates to the particular book I was reading, but I now have continual freezing issues.

7. Doesn't show up in my 'My Loans' or even 'Loan History' so now I can't return the book, read it or rent it until the 20 day period is up.

8. It feels like I'm reading a poorly formatted article.usually works perfectly and is a great resource for audio and ebooks.

9. Next time I go in, I have the same issue.I have happily used this app for some time to borrow and read books from my local library.

10. The only way to have the settings go to what I want is to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then it only last for the period I'm reading.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ePlat Issues

1. Fix ePlat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart ePlat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ePlat App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ePlat" » Open ePlatform by Wheelers » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ePlat » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ePlatform by Wheelers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ePlat servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ePlatform by Wheelers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ePlat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ePlat might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ePlat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ePlat then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ePlat not working

2. Fix ePlat Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ePlat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ePlat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ePlat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
