I created Electroneum account to be able to move my ETN's from Paper Wallet. During account set up process my address data was not marked by the system as a required info, so I left it blank and account was openned and I transfered my ETN coins into it. Then when I wanted to move ETN tokens out, system asked me to proceed with KYC asking for the proof of my address. I sent the document confirming my address but it was not aproved as not matching data provided during account setup process (no address provided). So I went through support to add the address to account data but it is terrible process. Complete lack of communication, no replies from support's zen desk despite my few more attempts and account is blocked for more then a mont now, with my founds frozen on it. The support ticket # is 36079 - still unsolved and unanswered.
