Why should I report an Issue with edjing Mix - Music DJ app?

So it would be nicer to have that back too.You guys took the hold button off the effects, now you can't just let an effect ride by itself on lock, SMH, YOU HAVE TO keep your finger there, not good, stop taking necessary things off, if u want to make this app better, work on the sound, when u record, let's try an get a very good sound back, I know it's just a phone app but we moving into some great steps, but yes work on quality sound.I don't think this app is worth the price they're asking for.

2. I think it would sound really cool on most tracks! Edit 05/14/2023: I think you guys should also add bitcrusher as a new sound effect for tracks! I think it would also sound really cool!Not sure what happened, but this app used to be great.

3. Sometimes, when using tracks alongside SoundCloud Go, it will not pick up the transients to follow the beat in one song, making beat matching damn near impossible.

4. Paid £10 for the auto-mix feature which is great but you can't leave it to play because the app regularly crashes making this feature pointless.

5. If you want an app to just mess with music look somewhere else.This is one of the best apps I've using for mixing! Very simple and easy to use! I would suggest adding a 5th roll effect.

6. Most of these I can deal with, it just ruins the experience for me.As a long-time user, this app has been a pretty good digital turntable/DJ app for making mixes with its design and FX.

1. Fix edjing Mix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart edjing Mix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the edjing Mix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "edjing Mix" » Open edjing Mix - Music DJ app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for edjing Mix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear edjing Mix - Music DJ app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from edjing Mix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "edjing Mix - Music DJ app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check edjing Mix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, edjing Mix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall edjing Mix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall edjing Mix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing edjing Mix not working

2. Fix edjing Mix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make edjing Mix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to edjing Mix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, edjing Mix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
