In that case you stuck and I do not see a way to finish your selling process.The App its a kind great but it has some sort of complicated issues like hanging and when a new message comes in, it indicates how many new messags you've received but after reading them, it will still shows , you have an unread messages and if you go into your inbox you will see the same messages thatt you've already read them but still shows unread...Again sometimes the App account loggs itself out without any notice and when you try to login it asks you to reset your password .Worst Experience ever.

2. The messaging part is a nightmare: no easy search/filter, deletion of ads instead of messages, duplicates, photos sent with every message, messages arriving way later in huge batches, mismatched counters, etc.. Selling experience sucks: no templates, no Undo for "dangerous" functions like delete.

Messages are sent in the wrong order or not at all.I have almost never put a review in the app store but this app is so useless after the name change that it is almost impossible to use and it makes me want to throw my phone out of my window! It just randomly stops working even if I have network and can use every other goddamn app in the world without problems!This new Kleinanzeigen app is not working properly at all.

Incredibly buggy and far worse than the previous version.I have been using this for more than 11 years, a week ago my account was blocked from entering, the reason was not explained or the possibility of contacting and inquiring!! I sent an email to them and no response yet!!! Horrible customer service.

5. Also when you het a pop up message indicating an answer or a message from an user and you click on it, you wont see the bew .essage or the messages menu for this matter, but instead, the last message you read before.

6. I'm sick of it, no matter how many times I close them, they keep appearing again and again.Since the last update the app does not work because it is blocked by the message "network error" and after that a general error.

7. Imagine newly arrived in Germany, download this app register to contact people to rent an apartment, and for no reason, the app just restricted you access to your account with a single reason.

8. Kind of disconcerting issue.Basically it is working OKish, however the UX is sometime illogical and from UI and feature perspective there is a lot of room for improvement.

9. What is really bothering me is that there is no way to get in touch with somebody when you face a problem with 'Direkt kaufen' except a list of incomplete faqs which do not help.

10. It is showing a "network problem" during login, and it can't be browsed without login...again because of a "technical problem".

1. Fix Kleinanzeigen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kleinanzeigen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kleinanzeigen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kleinanzeigen" » Open Kleinanzeigen - without eBay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kleinanzeigen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kleinanzeigen - without eBay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kleinanzeigen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kleinanzeigen - without eBay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kleinanzeigen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kleinanzeigen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kleinanzeigen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kleinanzeigen then reinstall.
